We do not store your payment information.

3. Product Info & Availability

We pour our hearts into describing our olive oil and sharing its origins truthfully. Still, natural products can vary, and while we do our best, we can’t guarantee that every detail (like colour or texture) will be exactly as shown.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update pricing, limit quantities, or discontinue items at any time.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy from us. We’ll confirm acceptance via email. Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of our secure third-party payment providers (e.g. PayPal, credit card). We don’t store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will appear at checkout. While we’ll do everything we can to get your order to you on time, please understand that delays can happen due to factors outside our control (like postal disruptions).

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@kyveli.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns for change of mind due to the nature of our products.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product information — belongs to Kyveli or our content partners. It’s protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.
