our namesake Kyveli.
Κυβέλη is the Great Mother.
Goddess of fertility, land, motherhood and divine medicine. Mistress of the mountains, guardian of wild beasts, and keeper of life’s sacred rhythm, she holds all creatures to her bosom, both when they arrive and when they depart.
At her feet, we build altars. We light candles and leave offerings: oil, balms, seeds, fruit, flowers, teas, and herbs. We whisper prayers to the Great Mother of this ancient earth, for another opulent harvest, and for the grace to remain worthy of her gifts.
To us, she is not a myth. She is presence.
we are not just organic farmers,
we are artisans and advocates.
We are all seeking pleasure, depth and love in an increasingly superficial and disconnected world.
Kyveli is more than a brand. Our offerings are not mere essentials. They are gateways to a way of life. As a conscious lifestyle movement, we are crafting a legacy rooted in holistic health, ethical sustainability, artistic expression, and Mediterranean heritage. We honour authentic values and preserve ancestral wisdom; not out of nostalgia, but necessity.
Everything we create is an invitation; to escape the ordinary and step into a world of soulful culture, timeless heritage, artistic expression, sensual luxury, ritual, and natural wonder.
the setting.
On a rugged, rocky mountaintop in the southern Peloponnese, our grove unfolds. Wild and ancient, perched high above the sea. Here, the land teems with life: olive trees centuries old, fields of untamed herbs, wildflowers, fruits, and minerals. Below, the ocean stretches endlessly, edged in rare salts and shimmering light.
Here, the bounty of the land is kissed by the wind, blessed by the sun, and steeped in myth.
Laconia is one of the most prized olive oil regions on Earth. Its limestone-rich soil, temperate microclimate, and sun-drenched coastline create the perfect alchemy; nourishing our trees in ways few places can. The result? An olive oil alive with purity, layered in flavour, and rich in antioxidants.
As dawn sweeps in, we move barefoot across the land. The rhythm of the day is slow, sacred. With bare hands, we pick this fruit of the earth. The land is fecund, softly humming and alive. Every harvest is a prayer. Every drop, an offering.
A love story rooted in the land
We are Harry and Morgan Labrakis; husband and wife, and now sixth-generation stewards of our family’s 200-year-old organic olive grove in southern Greece.
When we married, Harry’s parents entrusted us with this land, a living legacy that blends ancient wild trees with cultivated ones, including those planted by Harry’s great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather. They passed down more than soil and trees. They passed down a way of being: intuitive, slow, and in rhythm with nature.
Kyveli is how we honour that inheritance. We farm organically. We reject shortcuts. Every olive is hand-harvested and cold-pressed within hours. Never blended, never refined. The result is oil in its purest form: alive, unfiltered, and rich in polyphenols.
In a world of greenwashing and food confusion, we stand for radical transparency. No vague claims. No fillers. Just sacred nourishment, made the way it always was.
Kyveli is our devotion to the land, to our lineage, and to the rituals that connect us back to what matters.
Welcome to our world. Where nourishment is sacred, and indulgence is a ritual.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between extra virgin olive oil and regular olive oil?
Labels can be misleading, but the truth is in the process. Extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed, unrefined, and full of antioxidants, made from fresh olives that are pressed within hours of harvest. Regular olive oil? Usually stripped, blended, heat-treated, and chemically processed until it forgets it was ever an olive.
At Kyveli, we press with intention, bottle with reverence, and honour the olive in her purest form.
How should I store olive oil to maintain its quality?
She’s not a pantry girl. She belongs on your bench and she’s dressed for it.
Our refillable dark glass bottle keeps her safe from light, but she still prefers some distance from heat. Just close her up after each pour and let her live where she can be admired.
What are the health benefits of using your olive oil?
The ancient Greeks called her sacred and science agrees.
Kyveli is rich in polyphenols, omega-rich fats, and antioxidant compounds that heal from the inside out. She protects the heart, balances the gut, calms inflammation, and keeps the body in harmony. She’s not a trend. She’s a legacy.
Is your olive oil certified organic?
Yes! She’s certified organic and proud of it.
Our olives are grown slowly on ancestral land without pesticides, synthetics, or GMOs. Every harvest is third-party lab tested for purity, and consistently shows zero detectable pesticide residues and high polyphenol content – a natural marker of potency and antioxidant power. Certified organic and naturally allergen-free, Kyveli honours the ancient ways with nothing added, and nothing taken away.
Can I cook with it or just drizzle?
Do both… she’s hot, stable, and deeply experienced. Contrary to the gossip, real olive oil is one of the most stable oils to cook with, thanks to its high antioxidant content and low polyunsaturated fat. The Greeks have been deep-frying with olive oil for centuries, and look how long they’ve been glowing. Kyveli can handle the heat and seduce your salad. Fry, roast, sauté, or drizzle… she was made for it all.
Where do you ship?
From Greece, with love – to Australia only (for now).
We currently only ship across Australia, where Kyveli has found her second home.
She’s not ready to cross more borders just yet… but she’s got her passport ready.
Can I reuse or refill the Kyveli bottle?
Yes! She’s not a one-pour wonder.
Our dark glass bottle is UV-protected, refillable, and made to be admired.
She lives on your bench, not in your bin. Reuse her. Refill her. Ritualise her.
Why is Kyveli more expensive than supermarket olive oil?
Because she’s the real thing and the real thing doesn’t come cheap.
Supermarket oils are often blended, oxidised, heat-treated, and falsely labelled “extra virgin.” Many are already rancid before they even hit the shelf. Kyveli is the opposite; hand-harvested from our family’s 200 year old organic grove in Greece, and cold-pressed just minutes from the trees.
She’s third-party tested for purity and polyphenol content, shows zero detectable pesticide residues, and arrives in dark glass to protect her full vitality. She’s loaded with antioxidants, full of integrity, and very much alive.
No fillers. No fakery. No industry trickery.
Just pure, potent olive oil… the kind your cells recognise.
And yes, she’s worth every drop.
